Please review the Salon policies before visiting us!

Cancelation policy

$90 Deposit required for any new clients booking these types of appointments:

  • Custom Blonding

  • Custom Colors

  • Highlights

  • Colour Correction


We require 48 hours notice to change or cancel any appointments.

If you cannot give us the appropriate notice we will keep the deposit for the appointment time.

No-shows and and last minute cancellations will not be able to rebook without paying for 50% of their missed appointment. They will also require deposits moving forward.

Salon policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your overall experience here at Rootbar Salon! We know that your hair is important to you as it is to us as well. We want you to have the best experience from the moment you walk into the moment you leave.

As professionals we strive to communicate how important it is to take the most healthy and realistic approach to achieve your hair goals! 

If you are not happy with your experience, we will make any necessary adjustments so you can leave our salon feeling amazing.

We do not issue refunds. If you are unsatisfied with your hair and we would love to make an adjustment for you within 10 days of your original appointment booking.

We cannot perform any redo services if you or another stylist made an adjustment to your hair.

Your colour or extensions will only be guaranteed if you invest in recommended products directly from our salon.


If you do not invest in recommending products from our salon we cannot perform any redo services complementary.

Some complex or corrective colour services may require multiple visits/services to achieve. Your stylist will tell you directly if your goal cannot be achieved in one sitting.

No colour service is guaranteed if you have a box colour present in your hair since box colour has an inconsistent nature.
